These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern the use of the mobile application Scroll Stronger («the App»), published by Scroll Stronger («we», «the owner»).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the service

Scroll Stronger is a digital-wellbeing application that lets you:

You use the App at your own risk.

4. Account and data

In the current version of the App it is not mandatory to create an account with an email address. Your usage data (balance, history, blocked apps, preferences) is stored mainly on your device.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and payments

5.1. Paid plans

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and free trials (if any) are shown in the App and in the store listing before purchase.

5.2. Billing through the store

We do not store your full payment card details. Billing, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by the policies of the corresponding store.

5.3. Renewal and cancellation

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current period:

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

5.4. Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Google or Apple depending on the platform, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5.5. Price changes

We may change prices or plans. Changes applicable to existing subscriptions will be communicated in accordance with the store's rules and applicable law.

6. App-blocking feature

6.1. Your choice

You choose which apps to restrict. The App does not block apps without your prior configuration.

6.2. Sensitive permissions (Android)

On Android, blocking may require enabling the accessibility service and other system permissions. These permissions are used only to detect foreground apps and show the block screen, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Scroll Stronger or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the App, other than a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-party software

The App may include open-source libraries and third-party services (for example, TensorFlow, RevenueCat, Google/Apple APIs). Such components may be subject to their own licences and terms. The associated data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

If the law of your country does not allow any of these limitations, they will apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scroll Stronger harmless against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to the App and to the Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with the new effective date.

Continued use of the App after changes are published implies acceptance of the revised Terms, unless the law requires your express consent.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may stop offering the App or restrict its availability, giving notice where reasonably possible.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Spain, unless consumer law grants you a different mandatory jurisdiction.
